GERBEN HILLEBRAND, LLM

Gerben is a corporate lawyer and financing specialist. After completing his studies in Leiden, he joined AMRO Bank as in-house counsel. He worked for ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, Sydney and Frankfurt. He then joined PwC as structured finance specialist, working in Amsterdam, Düsseldorf and New York. In 2004 he set up his own consultancy and since then he has been working on projects for entrepreneurs, public authorities and financial institutions. A significant portion of Gerben’s time is spent on international – mainly German – clients.

Gerben specializes in corporate and finance law and investments. He has broad international experience and has worked in the Netherlands, Germany, Australia and the United States.
