We offer our services in a way that suits your requirements:

One off advice:

We provide you with on the spot advice for a particular issue. Depending on the case, we discuss the matter on the phone, or in person
We will charge you our standard hourly rate

Project:

We provide ongoing advice (and management, if required) of a project that you are undertaking;
We will provide you with an estimate of the scope of activity involved, prepare a step-by-step planning document and will provide you with a guestimate of the amount of time involved;
We will charge you the agreed hourly rates;

Subscription:

We use this form mainly for contract management, where we agree to provide ongoing management service for a complex transaction;
We will charge you the set annual subscription fee;
We provide the agreed services within the context of the annual subscription fees;
Additional work and extra time is charged at the agreed hourly rate.

General Terms and conditions apply and form a part of all assignments entered into by ourselves.
