Whatever the case, be it an investment, a takeover, a tax dispute or another challenge, the first thing is to determine what the objectives are together with our client. Once we are clear on the objectives, we can plan the strategy that will allow us to reach our objectives. The art of the game is to play the hand you are dealt strategically. Patience, if necessary, a good deal of patience, a good sense of timing and sometimes a little brass neck can make the difference.
